FAQ : Frequently asked questions – Answers to your questions

In order to create your account and finalise your order, you must first complete the account
creation form and send it to us by clicking on the “validate” button. You will then receive a
confirmation e-mail , with a link to validate your information and a password to connect to
Anéolia Shop website.

You can pay for your order on the site by credit card or bank transfer. Depending on the
option you choose, you will receive confirmation of payment from your bank. Your order will
then be validated by our accounting department and processed in our workshops. The
invoice will be drawn up and sent on delivery of the equipment ordered.

If you are an Anéolia customer, your usual payment terms will be maintained, provided that your account is up to date.

According to our general terms and conditions of sale, you will not be able to modify your
order without our express agreement. This is confirmed in article 2: “In view of the Vendor’s
policy of guaranteeing the Customer the utmost diligence in the execution of his orders, any
modification or cancellation of an order received after the acknowledgement of receipt of
the order has been sent may only be made with the Vendor’s express agreement. Unless
otherwise agreed, the cancellation or modification of the order will result in the invoicing of
handling or restocking charges of 5% of the amount of the initial order issued. “

All new equipment sold is guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of dispatch stated on the Delivery Note issued by ANEOLIA and repaired in ANEOLIA’s workshops, except for components with a limited lifespan listed in the user manual for the appliance concerned, such as electrochemical sensors.

This warranty applies if the product is installed and used in accordance with its intended purpose and ANEOLIA’s specifications.
The warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective product, if this proves necessary, or, if the Customer opts for this option, to the issue of a credit note representing the amount (excluding VAT) of the purchase price of the product in question.
